Access the Helpline System
Search the member company from the Help Line System.

Preparing the Report (Question)

Complete the report after selecting the report type.

(*Attach a file when necessary.)

Submit the Report (Question)

After entering the password, submit the report (Question).

(*Please take note of the password and the case ID issued, as they are required in checking the outcome.)

Outcome Confirmation and Follow-up Report

Check the outcome from the Helpline system approximately 7 days after submitting the report.

(*Please continuously access the system for cooperation as the manager often requests additional questions or opinions.)

Information on Using the Smart-Phone

Scan the QR Code

Scan the QR code on the Helpline clean sticker distributed to the member companies of Redwhistle with the smart-phone and access the Helpline system.

(* When scanning the QR code, you are directed to a page to complete the report for the concerned member company.)

Redwhistle Application
After searching for "Redwhistle" from the App Store, install and use the application on your smart-phone.
