Terms and Conditions of the Redwhistle Services

The Redwhistle Helpline system is a system that provides reporting and inqueries through a third party outside professional company, Redwhistle, regarding any problems inside the organization, without any concerns for exposing the identification and receiving disadvantages.

1. Role of Redwhistle

Redwhistle is a professional company that operates this Helpline and only provides the system that mediates the informant and the concerned organization from the perspective of a third party. Redwhistle does not take any actions to resolve the reported problems. All tasks on the reports, including receiving, replying, fact verification, investigation and conclusion, etc., are the sole responsibilities of the concerned institutions.

2. Revision, Deletion and Cancellation of the Report

The reports are delivered to the manager of the concerned organization from the moment of submission, and therefore, the submitted report cannot be revised, deleted or cancelled at the discretion of the informant. Therefore, please review the contents of the report and whether to submit prior to submitting the report.

3. Note of Caution for the Informant

Unless the informant identifies him/herself personally, all anonymous reports received by Redwhistle shall be guaranteed of confidentiality and anonymity. Please make sure that your identification is not revealed by including personal information in the contents of the report or information that can infer the identity of the informant, and from receiving the disadvantages thereof.

(Provided, when making a report with a real name or registered report, personal information, such as the name and mobile telephone number, etc., are collected and some of the collected information may be provided to the member company upon request)

4. Verification of the Outcome

Please make note of your case ID, issued after submitting the report, and your password and manage them well. They are required for checking the progress and the follow-up report after reporting and are not re-issued upon being lost. Moreover, they may be needed for personal verification purposes in receiving rewards when the reported matter satisfies the rewards payment conditions. (* It is limited to the organizations implementing a rewards program, and whether the rewards program is under operation may differ depending on the organization) If there is a rewards program, whether to pay the rewards and the amount, etc. is generally determined when the investigation on the reported matter is completed.

5. Processing of the Concerned Organization

The organizations that introduced the Helpline seriously consider the reports submitted by the informants. However, if the reported matters are not the actions being considered for reporting through the Helpline, such as complaints, reporting of inconveniences, reporting of unkindness, general dissatisfaction, etc., or unclear reports, baseless slander or gossip, etc., such reports may be rejected, concluded immediately or held-off, etc. depending on the internal processing policy of the concerned organization.

Moreover, the manager of the organization is not obligated to provide information on the process or outcome of the reports from the Helpline, and may not take any actions, including non-reply, not entering the process progress, etc. Moreover, the policy of each organization on commencing with an investigation, the notification of progress and outcome may differ.

The informant understands and consents to the above roles of Redwhistle and has received notice on the matters of caution from the terms and conditions in making the report.

이곳은 국민체육진흥공단 직원의 부패행위(금품, 향응수수, 공금유용, 횡령, 알선, 청탁 등) 및 부당한 업무지시, 예산사용의 부적정, 인사비리 등 조직내 부패행위 및 관행을 신고하는 곳으로, 신고시스템을 외부에 위탁관리하여 IP 추적 차단 등으로 신고자 신분사항에 대한 비밀을 보장하고 있습니다.

 

신고 내용은 육하원칙에 따라 구체적으로 명확하게 작성하여 주시고, 가급적 증빙자료를 첨부하여 주시기 바라며, 신고대상, 내용 등이 불명확한 경우에는 신고하여도 처리할 수 없음을 알려드립니다

ㅇ 헬프라인을 통한 제보자는 실명신고를 하더라도 공익신고자 보호법상 적법한 요건(이름, 주민번호, 주소, 연락처, 행위자, 내용, 신고의 취지와 이유 등)을 갖추지 못해 공익신고자로 보호되지 않습니다. 그와같은 불이익을 방지하고 명확한 업무처리를 위해 공익신고는 반드시 별도의 공익신고센터에서 신고하시기 바랍니다.
